This is a replacement handle for the Hager 90SL FZ505 switch cabinet.

Printing:

I printed the part with a Bambu Lab P1S, 0.4mm nozzle, layer height 0.2mm from PLA.

Handle-V0 + Body-lower-part-V0 with support material.

For even better stability, the lower base body "Body-lower-part-V0" was printed horizontally. In the attached picture you can see how I printed the parts.

Assembly:

The lower base body "Body-lower-part-V0" and the upper base body "Body-top-part-V0" are glued together with superglue.

Remove any burrs from the handle "Handle-V0" and carefully press it into the guide.

Re-install the assembled handle in the door of the control cabinet.

No additional parts are required.

Ich habe das Bauteil mit einem Bambu Lab P1S, 0,4mm Düse, Schichthöhe 0,2mm aus PLA gedruckt.

Für noch bessere Stabilität wurde der unteren Grundkörper “Body-lower-part-V0” liegend gedruckt. Im beigefügten Bild kann man sehen, wie ich die Teile gedruckt habe.

Montage:

Den unteren Grundkörper “Body-lower-part-V0” und oberen Grundkörper “Body-top-part-V0” wird mit Sekundenkleber verklebt.

Eventuellen Grat vom Handgriff “Handle-V0” entfernen und vorsichtig in die Führung drücken.

Den so zusammengebauten Griff wieder in der Tür des Schaltschranks einbauen.

Es sind keine zusätzlichen Teile nötig.
