以99%的长宽比例打印成功套上了。前面两个失败的暂时没想到怎么用，就这么放着晒太阳测试一下耗材对紫外线的耐受能力

有公差，打出来以后太大了，套不上去。不知道按比例缩小的话能不能行。建议去掉与下层连接的卡扣部分的外壁，放弃卡扣固定方式，以提高公对公差的容许值。

应该是不同品牌干果机的托盘尺寸不一样，我是按照我买的干果机尺寸设计的手头也没有其他品牌干果机尺寸我的托盘支撑墙外径是275mm 相叠加穿插方式固定 1是为了增加零件之间的强度和稳定 2是为了气密性，减少热气从缝隙中逃逸或许我应该考虑多种尺寸的兼容性可否告知你的干果机最大外径和壁厚？感谢你的反馈

因为没有足够大的游标卡尺，所以无法准确测量直径，粗略测量是含裙边275mm，不含裙边270。壁厚（卡尺测量）2mm 但我的干果机外形和你的几乎一样.托盘材质是pp，柔软有弹性。品牌是BARTENDING，但搜不到，淘宝购入，店名源头百货大店. 特地去翻看了一下厂标发现居然是made in england。（但标签字迹模糊，存疑）再去查了下店家放出的尺寸是270x270x220（没有著明内外径）

用98%的x.y轴大小做了一下尝试，这次太小了。下次用99%的比例试试，应该可以解决问题。

For anyone that is interested, I have the following food dehydrator https://www.amazon.co.uk/Oypla-Electrical-Dehydrator-Machine-Thermostat/dp/B00KB9494S?ref_=ast_sto_dp and I had to scale this model up by 118.52% to go from a 27cm diameter to the 32cm diameter of my dehydrator. My first part print was flawless, the second turned to spaghetti halfway through. Printing it again now, will post pics when it is all finished.
