Pulverbeschichtungs Pistole mit Venturi und Tribo-Effekt.
Der Tribo-Prozess arbeitet mit Reibung, genau wie das Reiben Ihrer Haare mit einem Ballon.

Die Tribo-Pistole verfügt über ein Reibungssystem, durch das Pulver geleitet und von der Pistole positiv geladen wird. Optional kann man das Werkstück noch erden, damit das Pulver noch stärker anhaftet, benötigt man aber eigentlich nur bei komplexen Bauteilen mit vielen Ecken und schwer zugänglichen Flächen.

Das Pulver wird per Cola oder PET Flasche von oben über den Venturi Effekt eingesaugt und durch eine mit Teflonband beschichtete Zick Zack Oberfläche zerstäubt. Dadurch lädt es sich auf und haftet am idealerweise sandgestrahlten oder gereinigtem Metallteil.

Anschließend alles in einen handelsüblichen kleinen oder großen Ofen bei 180-200 Grad, je nach Pulver für 20 Minuten ausbacken. Für Abluft bzw. Frischluftzufuhr im Raum sorgen, da es stinkt und vermutlich giftige Gase entsehen.

Die Teflonplatte muss dann mit einem scharfen Messer in einen 15-16mm breiten Streifen geschnitten werden. Dieser Streifen wird dann in die Bauteile Teflontube_small und Teflontube_long eingeschoben und der überstehende Teil abgeschnitten.

Die Druckluft sollte so eingestellt werden, dass die auströmende Luft nicht zu stark austritt und das Pulver welches bereits am Werkstück haftet wieder wegbläst.

Der Umwelt zuliebe und der Gesundheit vorbeugend empfiehlt sich eine Abluftvorrichtung oder auch eine Atemschutzmaske für Feinstäube.

Alle weiteren Bauteile bekommt ihr bei Cults wo mein Aufwand bei der Entwicklung und dem Design entlohnt wird, solltet ihr euch für den Kauf entscheiden. Fertige Pulverpistolen kosten meistens weit aus mehr und sind oft mit einem Hochstromnetzteil und nicht mit dem Tribu Effekt verbunden.

Powder coating gun with venturi and tribo effect. The tribo process works with friction, just like rubbing your hair with a balloon.

The Tribo gun features a friction system that allows powder to flow through and be positively charged by the gun. Optionally, the workpiece can be grounded so that the powder adheres even stronger, but this is actually only required for complex components with many corners and areas that are difficult to reach.

The powder is sucked in from above via the Venturi effect in a cola or PET bottle and atomized by a zigzag surface coated with Teflon tape. As a result, it charges up and adheres to the ideally sandblasted or cleaned metal part.

Then bake everything in a standard small or large oven at 180-200 degrees, depending on the powder, for 20 minutes. Provide exhaust air or fresh air supply in the room, as it stinks and toxic gases are likely to be produced.

The Teflon sheet must then be cut into a 15-16mm wide strip with a sharp knife. This strip is then inserted into the Teflontube_small and Teflontube_long components and the protruding part is cut off.

The compressed air should be set in such a way that the outflowing air does not escape too much and the powder that is already adhering to the workpiece is blown away again.

For the sake of the environment and as a preventative measure for health, we recommend an exhaust air device or a breathing mask for fine dust.
