Corner connector for diy build scale container in 1/14 or 1/10 scale.

The main file is printed on a 3D printer and then the individual corners are separated. You need 8 corners for one container (print the main file twice). You need supports for printing and they print low layers in good quality. The corner connector is designed for the L 15 x 15 x 1 mm profile - and the length is optional, depending on what you need.
This part is suitable for 1/10 or 1/14 scale.
When screwing together, I only use every second hole where the screws do not cross. The strength is sufficient.
This is a simple construction, nothing for lovers of great details and weak nature.
The screws are M3x16 + M3 nuts. I am currently working on building a container.

Created on a paid program, hence the symbolic price.

1 day later - I added separate A/B corners and a template to cut out the corners in the side desk (not tested yet).

Hlavní soubor se vytiskne na 3D tiskárně a následně se oddělí jednotlivé rohy. Potřebujete 8 rohů pro jeden kontejner (hlavní soubor vytisknout dvakrát). Pro tisk potřebuješ podpory a tisknou nízké vrstvy v dobré kvalitě. Rohový konektor je určený pro profil L 15 x 15 x 1 mm - a délka je volitelná, podle toho co potřebuješ ty.
Tento díl se hodí pro měřítko 1/10 nebo 1/14.
Při sešroubovávání využívám jen každý druhý otvor, kde se šrouby nekříží. Pevnost je dostatečná.
Jedná se o jednoduchou stavbu, nic pro milovníky velkých detailů a slabé povahy .
Šrouby jsou M3x16 + M3 matičky. Aktuálně pracuji na sestavení kontejneru.

Vytvořeno na placeném programu, proto symbolická cena.

1 den později - přidal jsem samostatné rohy A/B a šablonu pro vyříznutí rohů v bočních dílech (zatím neotestována).
