If the tray doesn't fit snug: Place a drop of superglue on each post and then press the tray onto the posts. Let the glue fully dry and before placing ammo inside, or before sliding the lid on. This is to prevent any superglue residue or “bloom” from getting on your ammo and lid.

Depending on your printer tolerances you may have to scale your X or Y axis +/-0.2 on the tray, or +/-0.2 on the Y axis for the lid.

Printed at a 0.20 layer height.

I used a brim on the case only for safety, but Ive also printed it without a brim without issue.
