Description

Modular Stackable Shelving System

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Fully customizable shelving. Snug fit design.

-----------------------

2 style of posts at 25mm height increment from 50 to 200 (clearance)

‘relatively stronk’ - the dumbbell pictured is 10lbs (tested with bambu pla basic), you can also add mid span posts for extra strength

-----------------------

Cap for top posts. Also included posts with reduced peg height for a flush top

-----------------------

Feet - 10 & 20mm height. And a 5mm to use as a floating mid span post anchor

-----------------------

2 style of base (rib & no rib) - Width at 60 increment from 60 to 240 - Length @ 120 & 240

The rib style base reduce height clearance by 5mm

Fit bambu filament spool cardboard box

(You need to do some mod to print the full size 240x240 base due to the interference with the front left purge area, bambu guide here)

(2 smaller bases in the picture are older versions)

Bambu wouldn't accept the large 240x240 base in the 3mf, so I have uploaded the model.

************************************************

TOLERANCES are 0.22mm & 0.15mm for the pegs (reg & top)

Works fine with 0.4mm nozzle, bambu pla basic & default line width for me.

************************************************

2024-01-13 REVISION 2 - plate 11 to 13

-----------------------

added 3 pegs posts (reg & slim) - all height

added 4 pegs posts (slim) - all height

************************************************

2024-01-20 REVISION 3 - plate 14 & 15

-----------------------

Added 5 vertical brace for when you need max sway protection - for height 100 to 200.

Stackable and as always - no support needed - pegs should slide right in just the way she likes it.

************************************************

2024-01-28 REVISION 4 - plate 16

-----------------------

Added offset posts - you can use the entire base plates surface with these.

Slim and regular - all heights.

01-28 pm - Forgot 2 add top holder/cap - plate 9

2024-01-30 - there was a slight error on the top holder/cap - fixed

Loving this system. My one quibble is that it’s not quite wide enough for many boxes of filament; maybe some thinner supports would give them just enough clearance. I’ve had to put them in sideways and therefore cannot see the label. Printing more shelves for it as I type this. 😁

That's awesome. My tallest is only 4 levels, see if you can reach the ceiling haha For the post, think I have a rough idea for ya, I will design and test it once the refill comes in...stay tune :)

I am on a second set now. :) I am using the small feet to join them together for stability.

you can spin the mid post 90 to tie them even more. im testing the offset posts atm. You can use the full width of the plate with these ones.

perfect example of a super useful modular system that I plan to use more of in the future. many thanks to the designer. I do metal construction for living so I might have "overkilled" the structural integrity a bit. connected the columns with hot glue gun. I have tested the 3rd floor with 21 boxes of new filaments on top, seems to me it can go a lot further, maybe even 50 kg with stronger materials. BBL PLA Metal cobalt blue for the columns at 0.28mm layer. on a cool plate with glue and more brim since I have lost 2 prints for spaghetti with textured PEI. BBL PLA Metal Oxide green for the floors at 0.20mm layer on a Textured PE? chameleon from AliExpress (ideaformer)
