Description

My best flying ultralight indoor glider yet.

It came at 3.4 grams in PETG.

It's an easy and quick print, in PLA or PETG.

If you're going for PLA, I recommend the smooth PEI plate for best adhesion.

You do need a printer capable of doing nice first layers.

Removing the print from the plate is where you need to be carefull and take your time. As shown in the photo, I recommend using a credit card like card. It is important that you orient your card's edge perpendicular to the infill's lines to avoid separating those lines.

Out of the printer, your glider should be nicely balanced and fly well. However, you can ajust the elevator if needed.

Please rate, it's beneficial to everyone.

Happy printing😋

very difficult to print due to bed adhesion, when it does print it still doesn't fly as well as it could.

Something must be wrong in your setup because the print should be easy and quick. What issue do you have with the flying?

It has to be gently thrown and your printer must be able to do a nice first layer.
