Description

This is the ultimate in starlink antenna pole mounts which includes vortex shedders to cut vibration from wind, and mounts for a TPLINK EAP110 outdoor wifi access point. (probably also fits the TPLINK EAP225).

You will need a 2 inch diameter 10 gauge aluminium pole. (50.8mm OD with with 3.2mm wall thickness) and gorilla polyurethane glue to secure the parts together, and to the pole. Optionally some outdoor spray paint brings the whole thing together nicely.

The design is modular, so you can stack vortex shedders and wifi mounts. There are two wifi mounts which can face in opposite directions, depending on which side of the pole you'd like the mount on.

The cable grommets allow you to feed cables through drilled holes without damage or allowing water ingress. And the cable sheath screws in around the cables for installation after cables are fed through.

This has been tested for 3 weeks and works fantastically. Starlink uptime is exceptional, outdoor wifi range is over 400m, and there is no wind whistle or any adverse issues.

Print in PETG for UV resistance, or PLA with paint.
