Description

Fast and easy bridge calibration I use, less then 5 grams of filament and under 30 minutes to improve your bridges, great to use before committing to a large print requiring any sort of bridging.

HOW TO USE -

Step 1 - import the print profile and simply print the first plate, labelled speed test.

Step 2 - once completed, remove the 4 bridges and inspect them all to see which speed worked best, note the speed of the best bridge printed.

Step 3 - click on the second plate and under global, speed - navigate down to bridge and type in the speed which provided the best result. Having put this in global, when you print plate 2 the next 4 bridges will all print at the best speed for you but with altered flow ratio.

Step 4 - print the plate with your new speed then once completed, inspect again to see which bridge gave you the best flow ratio, in my case the filament i used works best at 25mm/s with a flow of 1.05.

Step 5 - simply remember these and input on any print using the filament you bridge calibrated.

*Please note that bridging can be impacted without the proper regular machine maintenance and all filament will vary and require further calibration when introduced

It's that simple, enjoy stronger and better looking prints, any questions and improvements are all welcome.

They look alright, the main thing to look for is to make sure they bond together well, if they are loose like a guitar string then thats obviously what you want to avoid. Love this colour by the way.

Thank you very much for your prompt response. I am using Sunlu Marble PLA filament, which I also find incredibly impressive. Just have a look at the 'Kitchen dispenser' I printed using this filament, i really love it.
