Description

Stores Spools. Uses 4-1" id PVC tubing, 1.315 OD, 1.029 ID any length you choose. Designed to fit on 256mmx256mm Plate. Hot glue joints added if you choose to permanently attach together. No supports needed. Make these as long as you want I used 2ft sections of pipe. Also designed to stack as high as will allow the weight using the adapter included. Designed in Solidworks

PLA or PLA+ works great, I used .25mm step, 2 walls 10% gyroid fill. On P1P Center takes 5hr, Both bottoms take 3.5hrs and both tops take 5 hours. Total of 19 hrs print time.

I love my spool rack! Thank you so much for your great work! I printed my own pipes and pipe connectors. If anyone is interested let me know... I would share the files. Btw: I printed the "main piece" as a stack (6 pieces on top of each other). The maximum would be 8 pieces at once. I used white PETG as the support interface layer.

I finished the parts for the 3rd row. This is a great print. Everything came off the bed and assembled without any grinding, prying, futzing. Thanks!

That's great I'm so happy that this print is helping so many people. someone ask me to make a wall mount for this but it would be difficult to support a lot of weight. I figure if someone want to mount it on the wall they can buy shelving thank you

I've tried 4 other racks and this is by far the best design here. It's a super easy print, no supports, modular, sturdy and the measurements are spot-on. Everything fits perfectly, no cleanup, scraping, etc. Just slides together. I really like that the pipes can slide thru. That allows me to space brackets to maximize length without having to print an entire new center bracket. Instead, I'm starting my 3rd level. Great design. Thanks!!!

This is a great design. I bought two 10 ft PVC pipes and made mine 2.5 ft. I also made some caps for the ends and labels. It looks great, I love it.

Made this to help me organize my open spools. Did not have to adjust anything. It is 3' wide using 1" pvc.

Amazing design! Printed enough to make 4 rows that hold 10 rolls each and will probably add another!
