Hi everyone!
The stock light with our printers is well known to be poor on brightness. After checking several solutions I was not pleased with adding more external leds or having to raise the top lid. I found this kit coming with the compatible pins for X1C on AliExpress: https://es.aliexpress.com/item/1005005939160629.html
After glue them on the case I was not happy with the position and the projected shadows from the rails.
So I ended up with this simple design to put them inside the enclosure on a 45 degrees position being able to press fit them where I want to in order to get the best visibility. You need to install the led strips inside the clips by pulling the wires(its a tight fit) and place them on the metal frame of the printer.
I bypassed the connection of the stock light and I have all them connected to the printer itself. No issue so far on calibration and now the prints are way more visible.
Printed on ABS to handle high temps on the chamber.
Note: Will appreciate if anyone prints it for a P1P or P1S to check if fits!
