3D model description

Mount for M3 for M3 F80 F82 F87 strut - Skan 1:1

We prefer CF15S / can be other material (abs not our recomendation)
Material used for production specification:
PA6 Low Warp CF15S

Low shrinkage and high strength enriched with the advantages of carbon fibers

Polyamide 6 is one of the strongest materials used in desktop 3D printing technology. It is characterized by a combination of mechanical strength, stiffness, vibration damping and abrasion resistance unattainable for other filaments. In addition to its wide range of properties, it can successfully add chemical resistance and the ability to operate continuously at high temperatures.

By introducing Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S composite material, thermally stabilized, filled with carbon fibers, we decided to raise the bar for nylon filaments even higher. Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S is a true specialist for heavy-duty applications. The "LowWarp" variety is characterized by additional admixtures aimed at improving the flow during material extrusion - and, consequently, better adhesion of material particles. The use of 15% carbon fibers more than doubles the stiffness and increases the tensile strength (up to 120 MPa). Additionally, Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S has higher thermal resistance HDT - 180 C (0.45MPa), compared to the unfilled version. The fiber content reduces the shrinkage typical of most high-temperature materials, significantly facilitating the printing process and giving the prints an aesthetic, "carbon" appearance.

Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S is the best choice when printing functional models that require high stiffness, continuous operation at high temperatures and chemical resistance. It can be successfully used in the automotive, aviation and modeling industries.
