Description
Easy to use sanding block. Designed to be compatible with 5 inch discs, but also works with sandpaper sheets. 5 inch discs do not need to be trimmed, and the excess on the sides can simply be folded up onto the side of the sanding block.

Can't wait for my father in-law to open this Christmas present tomorrow morning! He's been refinishing furniture as a hobby the last couple of years so I think this will be a good addition to his toolset.

the tolerances for the slots and gears were too tight for me. I’ve printed other threads in the past without issue

What settings are you using to print? There is a 0.5mm tolerance on the dovetails, and 0.25mm tolerance cooked into the threads on the model.
