This is my own design of the Alien Basepads. Aluminium is annoying for indoor shooting as it chips and will get sharp edges. Also, it does not absorb the impact on concrete floors and they might break your mags. It's my own design partly based on the original pads but I think this one looks cooler. I would advise to use PETG CF or PETG or ABS even.

Few things to consider: I've been doing some drop tests and this V3 version is the result of a couple of tests. I'm stil experimenting with different materials and I will soon update this final version with a soft TPU basepad which you can print optionally. The only change will the 4 small holes in the bottom for attaching the basepad TPU plate with glue.
