Description

Ingenious and stylish support to keep the upper glass lid of your Bambu P1S / X1C / X1C / P1P elevated and allow perfect ventilation, for those prints that require it.

Correct ventilation is often important to avoid heat creep in materials such as PLA, where prolonged high temperatures can reduce the reliability of the material.

This is a quick print, two pieces print in place, although you can print them separately if you wish and attach them later.

No supports, no brim, no overhangs!

🛒 Textured PEI recommended.

⭐Easy installation. Just slide down and clic!

This riser provides an opening of about 55 mm (2.2 inches)

Yes and I’ve been using your creation all day. It’s nice to have the top back on. I’ve had it off since I bought the printer a week ago to help cool. Great design and it locked right into place.

Thank you, I was thinking about designing one yesterday. Printed in ABS with too little purge before :) I can't seem to rate any models I print, funny thing is your file Chester_Glass_Lid_v2.3mf shows 'Skellington II LED Lamp' in the print progress. At least got the right part off the bed. Maybe Bambu needs to do some work on the site.

Thank you! It looked great on you, and ABS is a good option for this type of parts. I think the wrong name on the profile is my fault 😂😂 I'm not very used to Bambu Studio yet, I have to figure out how to change that name! Thanks for sharing your experience!

Awesome printing! Thanks for sharing But I wanted to tell you that you have it installed backwards! The two notches are for the glass to support! It's important, you must rotate it 😅
