This is a remix to Thing # 2777595. The original was okay for paperbacks but didnt do well for heavier or larger hard cover books, especially because of the vertical stabilizer in the middle of the holder.

I have copied the stabilizer into two areas where it would serve better use to support larger hard cover books.

I have also made the base wider to support the book overall, the portion that holds the pages in place have been extended out a little and the arches have been increase from 36mm to 52mm (holds the pages in place better).
** The arches that hold the pages also now have a piece that protrudes out to press down on the pages while the book is in place.

• The angle of the stabilizers is adjusted 10-15 degrees down to give better visibility to the pages.

*Lastly, cut out some portions of the stand to save on material as it was unnecessary.

I originally printed Thing # 2777595 for my wife so she can use it for her recipe book, but she gave me ideas on where to improve it so it would work for that book.

Print with tree supports.
