Description

Print your own scale model Battle Droid!

This model comes in 2 pre-exported scales - 1:12 and 1:48

The 1:48 scale model is more geared towards resin printing for wargaming but the 1:12 model works great for printing on an FDM printer!

Yes, there were a lot of supports, but that is to be expected with a model like this. It took me a little over 30 minutes to carefully remove all supports, but it was worth it. I colored the designers model.

Support Issue:Impossible to remove supports in that profile. These are probably great on a resin printer but don't waste your time on a Bambu.

yes me too! wasted a ton of filament and time! after meddling with tree support settings 2/3 times i finally managed to get a successful print only to break it while trying to remove supports. parts are too fragile

Perfect print on a1 mini with wood PLA Supports complicated to remove

The supports are basically impossible to remove. :( Couple of hours trying to remove supports and ended up having to throw the entire print in the garbage as it broke many times in many places before the supports would give way. Don't bother to print unless you are on a resin machine.

yeah I printed in PLA @ default settings with a 4mm end, had the same problem as 1 or 2 with the supports being stuck in all sorts of places but printed almost perfectly so apart from the support issue all good. I usually don't use the tree so next time I'm using the normal box default.

Other Issues:generated supports are hard to remove some supports even on base, that ruins look. model looks great, but supports could been placed manually and better as seem supports were auto generated
