Description
Introduction
This clip that you can use in freezing or snack bags, is quite robust with zone with self-centered hinges and suspended through cones. An idea that is not new, but I don't know if anyone has ever explored this in 3D printing (it is possible that someone did, but I did not find it).
Thus, and in addition to the functional interest of the product, it is also a technical aspect to explore, with small nuggets that you can find if you want to view the model in detail, there where necessary for the "print in place", that I want for fast printing.
Print information
This model was designed for "print in place", the adjustments were made in such a way that no changes in the printing parameters were necessary. As there are bridge zones, cooling and speed (slow) is important in those zones, if your printer has complementary ventilation place the parts near that area.
That said, I was able to print this part with default parameters with a layer of 0.2mm (maximum).
There is only one body that will need support structures, the front hook, could avoid with another type of design, but this was the one that seemed to me more robust.
I was careful to divide them into multiple bodies so that you could color the pieces to your liking.
Do not try to print this disassembled, it will be impossible to assemble ...
Tested with PLA but should work with other material (Except TPU's and similar)
Very low temperatures turn material less ductile, then more brittle (-20ºC and lower)
Use
Remove support structure from the hook, if the clip does not open right away, inserte a knife between the t parts of the clip and force it a little (be careful, maybe it's better to use some spatula that does not cut you… ).
In some cases, the hinge may be locked, if that happen to you be gentle and user players as shown on the picture bellow, Twist to the right and left a couple of times increasing the torque progressively, it should snap.
Some old printers or not very well assembled may not be able to print this, but you can always try, who knows …. :)

This came out great on an X1C using 3D Fuel PCTG - first time I had tried that filament. The support peeled off and, with a small bit of encouragement, both hinges loosened and operate well. My only wish was that it was a bit longer, as I don't have any bags as small as this clip.
