Pleases note: there is print profile with just Hello Kitty in text, and other print profiles of custom requestss. Message me if you would like a custom name.
Also Note: There is a hole hidden in the Kitty's bow, this is where you can insert keychain/gift tag string etc.

use the website, not the phone app.
on the website, you should see a button for RAW files section.
there will be alot of files listed...look for the one for Giovanna.
