A Versatile Mount Frame for a classic line of Bticino products

Sometimes, aesthetics, orthogonality, or explicit manufacturer instructions require horizontal sockets.
With the exception of Shuko sockets, which are not always suitable for individual purposes or are expensive or hard to find, the mounting frames of the Living series do not offer this option.
My Versa mounting frame fulfills this need by providing two perpendicular sockets, one in a vertical direction and the other in a horizontal direction.
This means that it is now possible to connect devices such as Wi-Fi extenders, smartphone power supplies, battery chargers and many more, in addition to the usual Italian-made plugs.

New exclusive design

The Versa mounting frame has been designed from scratch, because there is no equivalent in Bticino's production; I wanted to create a sturdy, reliable and precise component to extend the use of a classic product in an economical and practical way.

Backward compatibility

Versa is compatible with the sockets, switches, diverters, dimmers and in general with all the Bticino accessories of the Living first series with 25x44mm footprint.

Precision

Dimensions are accurate, accessories slide and snap into place with a satisfying click, and the frame is flexible yet strong enough to be nearly unbreakable under normal circumstances.

Orientation: It can be printed face up or face down on the build plate. In the first case, it takes much more support material and much more time, but it is easier to remove the support material. Printing face up on the build plate will save a lot of time and material, but removing the support will be a lot more difficult.
