This is a homemade Bellmouth / volute for a Procharger F1x-12. I have made it in PETG with 2 color black / white for the one with text. I have also made one in Taulman 910 for extra durability. Still not tested on dragstrip but soon to be. Its made with 2 oring grooves for a tight fit on the procharger. Orings are made of 1.75mm TPU. Just cut to desired length from TPU spool and glue it in. Then clamp it with Hooseclamp.

The one with text is version 1. The one without text has a modification to the shape of the bellmouth to better follow the contour of the “real thing” from procharger which sells for 500$. The Fusion 360 file is included so modify it if needed.

inlet is 127 mm OD

At current size outer diameter just fits on a bambulab bed.
