Description

Hello everyone, this is a set of Bambu Lab cookie press molds that allow you to unleash your creativity and make delicious cookies. Additionally, I've specially designed printer press molds that can imprint cute patterns. Text press molds can create a combination of two different colors. For example, I used matcha powder to imprint the Bambu Lab logo onto the cookies.

Guys, it's time to get into the kitchen and bake some cookies! Otherwise, your partner might restrict you from buying more gadgets, and you'll miss out on a lot of fun, haha.

The handle part in the design is optional—use it if you fancy. If you decide to go handle, fast-drying glue is your best friend. Oh, and about the photos – my first print, forgot to mirror the mode. Classic 'duh' moment. Fixed the files afterward, because, well, you live and learn, right?

Attention! It is crucial to use PLA or non-toxic materials, and it should not be placed in the oven. Just so you know.

Here's the cookie recipe:

  • Unsalted butter: 130g
  • Egg: 1 / 50g
  • Cake flour: 250g
  • Salt: 6g
  • Matcha powder: 6g
  • Vanilla powder / milk powder: 6g
  • Powdered sugar: 110g

Instructions: Allow unsalted butter to thaw to room temperature and mix it with a spatula. Add sugar, salt, vanilla or milk powder and mix well. Then, gradually add the beaten egg mixture, stirring evenly. Be careful not to be too greedy, or you'll end up failing.

Next, add the cake flour, sifted for better consistency, and continue stirring until smooth. Divide the dough into two parts; add matcha powder to one part and stir well. This way, you'll have two colored doughs.

On a table lined with baking paper, place the dough and cover it with another sheet of baking paper. Use a rolling pin to flatten it to a thickness of about 4mm, then freeze for 20 minutes.

Once it's ready, you can start using the cookie press molds. You may want to dust the molds with cake flour for easier demolding.

Any leftover incomplete dough from the press molds can be kneaded and rolled out again into more cookie shapes.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with both top and bottom heat. Bake for 15-17 minutes until the cookies turn golden brown.

It's that simple! Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
