Use a 0.60mm thick rod ( I used a tailor's pin )
Print instructions:
- 0.1 mm Layer height
- 100% infill
- min. 3 perimeters
- ASA,PETG

the thicker end pieces printed perfectly, however the center piece with the small holes failed all four times I tried to print. Every time it was a birds nest of filament.
Other Issues
The designer has replied

Thanks for the feedback. I don't think it's a project issue. I would suspect it's either a settings problem or an issue with the filament.
