Description

Print multiple copies of this filament rack and then use a wooden dowel on the front and back to support the filament. PVC may also be used. If you encounter bowing in the dowel or PVC just print another mount and place it in the middle.

Print with 25% infill and 3 walls.

You may find you need another support for the middle there. I imagine over time that will begin to bow with that large span between them.

Works great and you can choose wood dowels or PVC they both work with this design as seen in my setup

Where did you get the dowels from? The hole is 23mm right?

Just went to the big box store. The 23mm size should hold both EU and US dowels. I also understand you can get this same size in metal piping. Some makers have chosen to use that instead. Just print one to the hardware store and I'm sure they can hook you right up.
