You can use these adhesive (use double sided tape) pads on the ground or your protective plate to ensure that the stove's legs fit perfectly and prevent it from sliding. These pads are designed to provide better grip and stability, especially since the leggs of the stove have rounded edges. You can now effectively keep the stove in place. I made them for the Vintage 45 model from Dovre. They might fit other models as well. PLA is fine for this.
