对于没有购买AMS的小伙伴,耗材干燥是一个大问题,网上售卖的大多是米箱等改造的干燥箱,只能装一卷耗材,每次更换耗材时,非常的麻烦,或者得购买多个干燥盒,不但占地方,也不美观。

设计的这款干燥盒,可以在P1S的热床大小上打印完成。可以一次性放三卷材料,并有三个出口,盖子与底壳采用镶嵌结构,在没有密封圈时,尽量保持一定的密封,并配有湿度计位置,底部有三个放分子筛等干燥剂的盒子,方便取换,湿度可持续维持在24%。配合我画的4路分流器,不需要再把料全部抽出,只需要抽到分流器外面,即可快速把其它料推进,实现快速换料。

气动快速接头采用的是PC4-M8*1.25非直通,与设计的导向螺帽可以拧紧在底壳上,轴承采用常用的608ZZ轴承。因使用的材料不同,打印参数不同,配合松紧可能会有不同。建议采用PETG材料打印,转轴处单独增加填充,螺帽建议用0.08层高打印。

For those who have not purchased AMS, drying filament is a big problem. Most of the drying boxes sold online are modified rice boxes, which can only hold one roll of filament. It is very troublesome to replace consumables each time, or to purchase multiple drying boxes, which not only takes up space but also is not aesthetically pleasing.

 

The designed drying box can be printed on a P1S hot bed size. Three rolls of filament can be placed at once, with three outlets. The lid and bottom shell adopt a inlaid structure, and when there is no sealing ring, try to maintain a certain degree of sealing. It is equipped with a hygrometer position, and there are three boxes at the bottom for storing molecular sieves and other desiccants, making it easy to replace. The humidity can be maintained continuously at 24%. With the 4-way splitter I drew, there is no need to extract all the materials again. Just draw them outside the splitter to quickly push other materials forward and achieve fast material replacement.

 

The pneumatic quick connector adopts PC4-M8*1.25 non straight through, which can be tightened on the bottom shell with the designed guide nut. The bearing adopts the commonly used 608ZZ bearing. Due to the use of different materials and printing parameters, the compatibility may vary. It is recommended to use PETG material for printing, with separate filling added at the shaft. It is recommended to print the nut with a height of 0.08 layers.

考虑过,但前出口的,走线和盖子都不太方便,除非像AMS那样设计,分两层走底下。

放四个的话,热床不够大,没法直接打印出来,需要拼接,拼接影响密封。下次弄个两个装的。

只要保持好干燥,没有去烘干的必要的。就算要烘干,温度也得要到六七十度,pla,petg 打印的盒子都不太适合。偶尔烘干一下的话,四五十块买个干果机就很香
