Description

I wanted something like the reprack shelving, but I wanted to work with PVC pipe due to its availability in my area.

These brackets were created for .5" PVC, which describes its internal diameter. The bracket holes are 22mm in diameter, and the fit is pretty good. If you want a tighter fit, there are #4 or M3 holes under each pipe cutout to help tighten the fit. I've used M3x12 screws on my end caps and they feel solid. Brackets are secured to the wall using #10 or M5 screws.

For 5 feet of PVC, you'll need 3 brackets due to the plastic drooping. With that setup, I have no problem loading it up with filament spools. End caps provided to help keep things from sliding off the edge.

My Prints were done in Bambu Lab's PETG-CF, mostly for the look. Any PETG, or other sufficiently temp resistant filament for your workshop should be fine.

I'll probably be adding accessories over time, including a shelf for the Chefs Path Cereal “Dry Boxes”, dividers, tags, etc.
