Description

The Miniature Pneumatic Ventilation System Kit is an innovative educational project that provides a hands-on experience in assembling and understanding a miniature ventilation system. The kit includes all the necessary components to create a functional model, powered by a piston housed within a simulated engine block.

Please print this template with my settings.

You will probably need a file to remove any excess material.

Key Features:

Interactive Assembly: The kit provides all necessary parts and detailed instructions for an engaging assembly experience.

Engine Piston: At the core of the system is a piston that simulates engine movement, providing insight into the operation of the ventilation system.

Educational: Designed for educational purposes, the kit offers a hands-on understanding of the basic principles of pneumatic ventilation systems.

Scale Down: The reduced scale of the model allows exploration of system operation without the complexity of full-scale devices.

This project presents a unique opportunity for technology and engineering enthusiasts of all ages to deepen their understanding of pneumatic ventilation systems through a practical and engaging experience.

The print was easy enough however the design could be better as it doesn't spin freely as it would with a few mods.

Replying to @franceschelli :
The plate that goes over the blower fan could use little nubs to raise it above the flat surface to allow the blower fan to spin a little more freely vs being snapped up against it adding resisitance. Just a thought its a cool design. I have included a photo showing the spacing that would be there by adding the nubs to the plate that holds the blower in. The other photo is just to show it assembled. Just a thought....Thanks...
