Mate, I've got the same issue; there is support tree growing inside.
The profile is the "updated 100% with improved support" one.
I reckon painted supports - and not tree supports - would be the way to go.
@SteveY Thanks... I thought i painted supports outside on the revised model but must have still them automatically on for the inside... Ill see if i can delete the old profiles and get a new one up..
It printed correctly, i should have placed the seems somewhere else to improve the looks.
Support blocker should be added where you blow because its a pain to remove.
Other than that it does sound but that's clearly not a musical instrument. Sadly It only serve has a toy to anoy peoples cause what ever the holes you block the sound it always the same. It more like a whistle for sports...
I really wanted it to work and try myself at ocarina but my dreams are gone. :(
This printed great for me and sounds just like I expected it to! I've got a whole bed of these things printed now for a get together and I can't wait to hand them out to all the kids!
I had to modify the file (see below), because the supports that showed up were clearly not sufficient, though I think that's bugged.
The support painting on the downloaded files just doesn't work for me. I can see it, but it doesn't do anything. Here's what worked for me (X1C/aftermarket PEO plate). Bambu PLA basic, 220C extruder, 55C bed w/high temp plate preset.
Supports on build plate only
Support critical regions only
Threshold angle 60*
Normal (auto) w/ snug support
Rectilinear support base pattern (makes supports much stiffer, easier to snap off without crumbling)
60% adaptive cubic infill
looks great! I used the updated profile but I can't get it to playnI suspect something is stuck in the mouth piece. it's hard to see though since I printed in black
