Have you followed the directions (esp. The ptfe insertion)

Filament is catching on something inside the 90 degree corner.

The 9 degree corner is for the manual feed. Just push it through. The challenge is on the ams. It should not fail there. Also make sure you pushed the ptfe in 90 degrees all the way through - it's several cm

Other Issues:doesn't work, I always get the error that the filament can't be loaded (AMS). I printed everything twice, because I have 2 X1C and it doesn't work with both of them. 😥
