Description

READ THIS CAREFULLY, DONT SKIP:

This is still a prototype. I stopped working on this design as i did not want to spend anymore filament on it for new prototypes.

Everything does work, but there is a small issue with FPS. I'm not sure if this issue is due to tolerances or the lack of air volume in the adapter. Issue might be solved with some shimming of the magazine catch. I have tested the adapter up to 120psi overnight. I did not had any cracks or leaks.

You might need to sand the area where the shotshell sits a bit to help with the ejecting.

The BB retention part might need some lube or sanding to help it move. You will need this part for the shell eject. The BB retention works quite well. You will only lose about 1 or 2 bb's with reloads.

Print setttings:

I printed this with 6 walls, 100% infill, 0.12 layers with PLA. VERY IMPORTANT: Turn on ironing. This helps with the seal between the gasket and adapter. PETG or PA will probably be better, but I did not bother as it was still a prototype.

0.12 layers is solely for the threads. YMMV.

Print with support on for the large horizontal area's. Make sure no supports are going in the bb and air channels.

What you need:

3 x M3 flathead

1 x M3 grub screw

1x Ballpen spring for shotshell catch

1x 3mm diameter spring for bb retention / shell eject

1x M10 HPA Foster

1x Donor magazine for the feedlips, gasket and airvalve block.
