Description

I was looking for a vented riser for my p1p with an arc enclosure but couldn't seem to find one I wanted. I decided to design my own that had integrated vents. All files are in step format so you can make changes as needed. I will upload 3mf files when time permits.

update 12/21/2023 - I forgot to add the screw on clip that holds the riser to the arc enclosure side panels, the model (RISER CLIP FOR ARC X4.STEP) has been added

Update 12/28/2023 - User was having problems with inner vent piece, I have uploaded a rev1 vent to try. As a note, when I printed these vents I did it out of petg and laid them flat on the bed with 100% infill and 99 walls. if there are issues with fit, you may need to remove a small amount from the bottom or top radius and fit at assembly. hope this helps.

love the idea and look but I've had quite a few problems with it. the shutters are extremely tight and I've had 2 now break off inside of it. I've tried increasing the fill and wall count but that didn't seem to make it any better.

I am sorry you are having difficulties, when I printed mine they were tight as well. I took my deburr tool and scrapped off a little along the bottom of the vent itself until it slid with just a little resistance.

Do you have the ARC enclosure added to your P1P? this riser is made to go on top of a P1P with the printed ARC enclosure that can be found here https://www.printables.com/model/356301-arc-bambu-lab-p1p-enclosure

I used tree supports when I printed mine and they came out pretty good.

Looks good. Do the sliding vents snap/lock/stay in place? Some of the other risers with vents have an issue with it shaking open sometimes during prints.

I had to do a little trimming on the slider's themselves so I just made it so they had a little interference, so far I have not had a problem with them opening or shutting while printing.
