Description

- Coffee mug/drink can holder -

I was tired of always having to be carefull to not spill my office, as I don't have much room on my desk.

Therefore I designed this mug/can holder so I can keep my drinks safe!

This is a fully 3D printed mug/can holder for most desk thicknesses. No Magnets, no bolts, no glue and no screws are needed. Just 3D printed parts.

I designed the holder so it can be printed without any support material. This way there should be no sides with lower quality finish. Resulting in a very nice print.

If you don't have a AMS unit, the main body can be printed in on solid color and the screw an any other.

The holder is designed to hold the most common size coffee mugs, drinking glasses and beverage cans.

(Not tested with slim cans like Red Bull)

  • The maximum diameter of a coffee mug is approximately 85 mm
(The holder has a cutout for mugs with handles.)

  • The maximum diameter of regular can is approximately 66 mm

  • The holder fits any tabletop thickness between 15mm and 30 mm

Assembly is pretty straight forward.

The two large parts are joined with a 90 degree twist lock. Please be aware that the twist lock might seem tight if your printer is not well calibrated or if you are using low quality filament with poor tolerances.

Please have a look at the short video showing how to assembly if you are in doubt.

I have made two versions with different qoutes on top:

“More Espresso Less Depresso” and “Drink Responsibly”
If you do not want any text on top, simply re-color the part within Bambu Studio to be one solid color.

My holders are printed with these filaments:

Bambu Lab PLA Matte Ivory

Sunlu PLA+ Black

Bambu Lab PLA Basic Orange

Bambu Lab PLA Basic Bambu Green

Bambu Lab PLA Matte Yellow

I have added a print profile with a larger screw. This allow the tapletop to be down to 10mm thickness. I hope this helps. You can just print the screw as it will with the original thread as well :)

Thanks! They look great! i was also thinking of adding TPU bumper/pad but I thought most people don't use TPU filaments - so i decided not to add it :)

Love it, thank you! I have two tables about 4 cm thick, any chance of a "thicker" one?

I don't know why it's placed near the edge from the buildplate. First big fail! Second applaid more glue on the edge, turned really nice. Love it! Thank you😉👍
