Description

I needed to raise up several of my monitors because an uneven Windows Desktop stretched across multiple monitors was really bugging me. It's a little harder to drag windows from one monitor to the other when you hit a "speed bump" at the top of your screen.

So I designed this monitor riser in Tinkercad to lift my shorter monitors up so that the tops of the screens aligned.

For best results, print upside down

Printed without supports or brim. If you want a taller stand, resize the height to what you need. It won't affect fit otherwise (unless you go too far. Never go too far.)

See the PDF scan of the stand I did. If your Acer stand fits perfectly to the printed scan, then this will work for your monitor.

I added some cutouts for anti-slip pads. These should fit perfectly:

Should the link above go bad, search for:

Adsamm® / 180 x self-adhesive Anti-Slip Pads / Black / Ø 0.55 in (Ø 14 mm) / Round / Stick-on Non-Slip EPDM Rubber Pads / Furniture Protective Pads.

Thanks. It's my first serious model design. Did you use this to raise up a monitor? Got photos?

This is awesome...I hoped it would fit the G276HL, but it is small. :)

Any chance you could scan your monitor stand with a flatbed scanner? If you can, follow the scan optic with a bright flashlight as it scans your stand. Shine the light down on the flatbed scanner as it is scanning to get rid of the otherwise darkness around the edges of your stand as you scan it.
