I created this model using the player tray and neutral tray from @Raymond's version of AoI insert because I like them so much. Besides that, I was also inspired by Gaming Trunk's design for the resource tray. All other trays were designed around these components.
In this print of AoI, the game came with two sets of terrain tiles, the publisher told us to replace the larger tiles with the smaller ones. I see no problem with the larger tiles so I kept both sets. The two resource trays are stackable, the top one will have slots only for smaller terrain tiles, and the bottom one can be used to store both smaller and larger tiles. So you can either use both sets or divide the smaller set evenly between the two trays.
Note: Make sure to turn on Support mode when printing the resource trays.
You will need a total of 7 player trays. Besides that, just one print per part (only need 1 resource tray's lid).
The Automa tray and faction tray barely fit sleeved cards. I had to trim the top of the sleeve for the 70x110 cards to be able to fit them in. Besides that, I only sleeve cards that are shuffled during gameplay, so rooms for sleeved cards in the trays are just enough. (I used Sleeve King, so if you use thinner sleeves, you might fit more cards into the slot)
I included two versions for the resource tray's lid, one with holes (for aesthetic reasons), and a solid one. I encountered many problems printing the holed lid, so I added the solid version for your convenience.
