Description

This is a Y-shaped consumable splitter. I have downloaded and printed several splitters with high download volume or popularity, but they are not very suitable for my P1S machine. The main problem I encountered is that some models have PC4-M10 screw holes that are either too large to secure screws or too small to screw in screws after printing. In addition, I also found that these splitters are generally slightly longer, so I had to draw a splitter myself. Its main difference may be that it is shorter and smaller, only about 5.6 centimeters long. Secondly, I have raised an additional 2mm at the screw holes, which can better align the PC4-M10 screws with the hole positions. I have tried and modified multiple times, and now the model can easily and tightly install PC4-M10 screws. If you also encounter the problem of not having a suitable splitter, perhaps you can try this one, which may be useful to you. Thank you. You can directly use the configuration I uploaded for printing, and my P1S can be printed with it. The support can be easily removed, and the screw holes can also fit well with PC4-M10.

 

 

这是一款Y型耗材分流器,我下载打印了好几个下载量或人气排名前几名的分流器,但是在我的P1S机器上并不能很好的适用,我遇到的主要问题:有的模型打印后,PC4-M10螺丝孔不是太大了无法固定螺丝,就是太小了无法拧入螺丝。另外我还发现普遍这些分流器都有些偏长,于是我只好自己画了一个分流器,它的主要区别可能就是,它更短小,大概只有5.6厘米左右长。其次我在螺丝孔的部位都额外凸出了2毫米,这样能够更好的让PC4-M10螺丝更好的和孔位对接。我经过了多次的尝试和修改,现在模型能够非常轻松和紧密的安装PC4-M10螺丝。如果你也遇到了没有合适的分流器问题,也许你可以试试这个,或许对你可能有用,谢谢,打印配置可直接使用我上传的配置,我的P1S用它打印出来,支撑能够轻易拆除,螺丝孔也能很好的和PC4-M10配合。
