3D model description

I designed this accessory to make gnocchi with the electric dough mixer (Atma). I also designed a support to fix it to a table and operate it manually with a handle.

It works very well and is very fast. The only thing to keep in mind when using it is that the dough must not be sticky and the rollers, paddles and grooving machine must be well floured. You should make strips of dough of about 15 mm in diameter to introduce them into the rollers. To wash it, simply remove the front M8 screw (tighten it with your hands only), remove the shaft and the paddle comes out.

Additional materials:

All screws are frezen head.

6 screws M3 x 10mm to fix the upright.

2 screws M3 x 10mm to fix the slotter.

5 screws M4 x 8mm to fix the cover.

One 32x16x8mm roulette for the shaft, placed in the upright.

As it is hard to get, I designed a printed one that works with 8 3/16Β¨ steel balls. https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/ruleman-funcional-impreso

In the photos you can clearly see the order of assembly. You have to match the edges of the rollers so that they cut the piece of dough as they rotate.
