Description

My wife was tired of dealing with the stock “sticker cover” that comes on the Comet Cleanser cans. After the first use, the powder gets stuck to the sticker and no longer seals the can. I designed this Comet Cleanser Cover and printed it in TPU to solve that problem. It seals the Comet Cleanser nice and tight now. No more messy spills on the floor or under the sink when trying to store the can.

Tip: If your significant other is not a huge fan of 3D printing, print one of these and it may give them a new appreciation for your 3D printing hobby! (It worked for me 😂)

Prints great. Since it is TPU i probably would print 1-2% smaller for a tighter fit. It kind of snaps on now but feels a bit loose. probably personal preference.

Thanks for the feedback and rating! This model is 101% to my original design. The reason is because the 100% puckered cause it was so tight. It fits good, but you can tell it was clearly puckering. I printed the 101% a few times for family members before uploading the model and it seemed to fit well without being to tight or too loose. Time will tell though, if you do deem it too large, you can shrink it by 1% and it'll snap on tight, but will have a slight pucker.

I appreciate the 5* even though it's fitting lose for you. These cans slightly vary. I have some that fit very tight while others are just snug enough to stay on. You can scale it down 1% and it should get a better grip. Thanks for the feedback!
