Ryobi One+ Battery and Tool mounts
I mainly designed these for the battery mounts which work really well and developed some mounts for the tools as well. Unfortunately due to Ryobi's tool design making something that was universal for their whole tool ecosystem isn't easy but came up with a few options that will work for some tools.
All models use #8 screws for mounting them into whatever material you want.
Print Settings & Material:
for these functional parts I typically use atleast 5 perimeter walls and 30% or higher infill depending on your preferred pattern. The .3mf project file has the prints loaded and orientated how I would recommend printing them for appearance and strength. The battery mount and the underhung tool mount are fine to be printed in Pro PLA or even regular PLA as ABS and PETG are probably overkill for that part. The tool mounts however especially the flat and angled one should be printed in either Pro PLA or ABS.
Model Specific Info:
Battery Mount:
Everything is pretty straight forward for this model, just decide if you want to add supports for the locking tabs. Fits the 18v One+ batteries
Angled Tool Mount:
Confirmed this works for the drill tool and will probably work for other tools that are similar. The 3mf file has this part orientated how I would print it. Requires a decent amount of support material to be used and the underside isn't super pretty looking, but the part is much stronger when printed in this orientation.
Flat Tool Mount:
Confirmed this works for the drill tool and will probably work for other tools that are similar. .3mf file doesn't have the most ideal orientation for strength but a lot more reliable to print. You can try to print in a similar orientation as the angled mount just make sure your settings and bed adhesion are on point.
Underhung Mount:
The underhung mount is to be mounted on the underside of any surface like a workbench or cabinet and the battery end of the tool slides into it like its a shoe. Its a more universal option but you are limited in how you attach the mount. Print it in the orientation of the .3mf file and no supports are needed.
