If you've ever worked on a Volvo 3.2L or 3.0L V6 motor, you know there's an ABA Twist-lock coolant hose under the AC Compressor that you need to remove to work on several parts of the accessory side of the motor.

This part likes to break if you try to force it off with an adjustable wrench or similar, and the replacement for that pipe isn't cheap.

While Ford and Lisle sold a similar tool like this, the only size I could find was 38mm, and Volvo doesn't list the tool at all. So I decided to make one.

This was a hand designed version, at 42mm to remove the ABA Twist-lock specifically on the Volvo 3.0/3.2L Engine – Print with 1`00% infill and use a stronger filament if possible. PETG, PLA-CF, etc.
