I have to thank Laische for his concept of the "Low profile spool holder" https://makerworld.com/models/62784. With his permission I post a possible extention to the LPSH to keep the filament roll in place when they are almost empty. I use springs myself, probably, If you use rubber bands, this expansion may not be necessary. The method of assembly and mounting remains the same as in the "Laische manual".
