Description

He diseñado este rack modulable para poder poner el numero de bobinas que se desee y con la opción de apilar el numero de modulos que se quiera o se necesiten(No aconsejo mas de dos).

Los archivos stl los he posicionado de la forma mas optima para su impresión y para tener que usar el mínimo soporte.

Los materiales necesarios son:

-x4 Varillas roscadas M6 por cada modulo que se quiera montar, el largo de las varillas depende del numero de bobinas que queramos montar. (En mi caso he puesto 4 bobinas por modulo.

-Rodamientos 608zz, se necesitan 2uds por cada bobina.

-x4 Tuercas M6 por cada estante que se forme.

-Racores PC4-M6 una 1ud por cada bobina que montemos.

Las piezas las he imprimido en PETG.

Very well laid out model. Here in the states it is hard to find a 6mm rod, so I used a 1/4"-20 rod. It worked perfect except for the rod covers with the filament guide. Those were a bit smaller and I had to thread the 1/4" rod through them. Did not stop progress, just and added bit of work. The rollers were a bit short and if the stars aligned they could fall off their holders. I fixed that by adding a washer on both sides. I ran all 4 PTFE tubes to the factory extruder and it feeds perfectly. I moved my AMS from my mini to my A1, so this works great as a secondary AMS lite light!. So works great, just a couple of small things that needed some finesse is all.
