Alles in Ordnung, ich hatte Probleme mit der Betthaftung weil mein verwendetes Spülmittel nicht richtig entfettet und vermutlich einen Film hinterlassen hatte. Teile sehen jetzt super aus. 👍🏻

Wenn es immer wieder die gleichen teile waren, welche sich gelöst haben und du an der Ausrichtung der Teile nichts geändert hast, liegt es an deinem Druckbett :) Welche Plate hast du denn benutzt?

Hi, das ist eine ganz neue Bambu Textured PEI Plate. Ich hatte auch mal versucht sie mit warmen Wasser und Spüli zu reinigen und einmal mit Isopropanol.

Ich sage mal so - irgendwas muss bei dir nicht passen, denn du bist bisher der einzige, von allen die dieses Profil bisher genutzt haben, der Probleme hat. Betthaftung ist idr. kein Problem der Druckeinstellung sondern immer erst mal Hardware spezifisch.
Lass uns dem Problem gern gemeinsam auf den Grund gehen. Du hast also eine neue und gereinigte "Textured PEI Plate", die ist schon mal top. Welches Filament hast du genutzt und hast du sonst irgendetwas an dem Profil geändert?

It printed no problem but I didn’t realize that the outline of each character wasn’t attached to the faces.

Im very happy that you’re satisfied. Yeah the outline is to cut out the shape and the inner part is to stamp the faces :)

You can either use Food Save PETG or live with the split second where the PLA (wich also isn’t toxic) touches the dough 😉
