Description

Summary

There are three ways to print this.

As single piece:- Please download STL file but there wont be any movements.

Multiple Pieces :- Download 3mf file with Full_dismantled.3mf. BEST QUALITY OUTPUT. Please use the 3mf file for assembly also.

  1. Combined:- You may use any 3D viewer software like 3D builder in windows to merge components according to your printer and filaments. The sky is the limit for this.

Movements Included

  1. Rotating Front Cones
  2. Front Assembly Rotation and Vertical Slide
  3. Cabin with Front Assembly Vertical Slide
  4. Back Unloading Arm Tilt and Rotate
  5. Fan Shroud Rotation
  6. Side Panel Doors Open
  7. Under Carriage Roller and Conveyor Rotation
  8. Unloading Arm End Funnel Tilting
  9. Front Top Arm and Assembly Tilting
  10. All Blades Rotation

NOTE The Cylinder and Pistons given through out the model serves the important function of locking the position of the elements while kept idle but the dismantled.3mf file carries only a basic cylinder piston mechanism which cannot do this function. For this to happen, you need to download either one of the three cylinder piston mechanisms provided as 3mf file seperately. According to your requirment, you can chose any one amongst these three. You may also have to change the length of the this mechanism in some places.

  1. Sloted Mechanism:- There is guided movement of parts but the positons can be locked only at the extremes.
  2. Hole Mechanism:- Less guided movement but there are 3 positions to lock the parts in.
  3. Combined Slot and Hole Mechanism:- Combination of both these but complicated. First try a sample and the proceed.

The main body is made hollow to ensure filament savings.

The front and back assemblies are made up of pins of same size but there could be tolerances issues when you print. So I insist that you first test print a pin and try the fit and accordingly scale down or up the pin.

Supports should be provided as required.

Appreciate the makes uploads.Open for suggestions.
