print it nicely and the supports came out very easily. looks just like the ones you can buy on Amazon or Best buy for like 10 bucks a piece

The walls are too thin and always splits apart when putting the Google Home mini inside, this is after 2 attempts at 4 and 6 walls. It seems that the difference between the tapered (and thicker) area is too drastic, causing it to split.

hmmm that's interesting and appreciate the feedback. I've never split one and use 6 around the house so I wonder what is happening?

It seems like at layers 16 to 67, the walls on the main circle is too thin? If I apply any amount of reasonable shear stress on the main circle, either layer 15 and 16 splits, or 67 and 68 splits? I'm not sure if I'm doing something incorrectly, but this is on PLA+ at 220 degrees on a A1 Mini.

the tolerance on the part that holds the plug is very snug. I was afraid it would snap but it ended up being fine with some force. I also had a hard time putting the plug in, then rotating it so the wire gets held under the notch. I ended up snipping off the notch so I can rotate the plug to be centered without having to make it go under the notch.

Printed fine but didn't fit my nest mini. Maybe I have wrong version or some creep since I tried using abs. But the design itself is nice and simple.

thanks for the feedback and sorry it didn't fit. have you tried the gen 2 version of the model I have also posted? looks almost identical but fits the different model 😊
