How to set up

Step1
Insert the shaft of the grinding wheel into the collet chuck and tighten it slightly (so that it still move a bit and sticks out of the lower part). Screw the lower part of the tool onto the dremel.

Step2
Put the grinding wheel onto the shaft (without the screw) and use the top part of the tool to press the grinding wheel and the shaft into the correct position. (When it fits to the lower part)

Step3
Remove the lower part of the tool from dremel and tighten up the collet chuck.

Step 4
Screw the lower part on dremel again, fit the grinding wheel with the shaft and screw the needed top part on.

Use a 2.5mm, 1.7mm Drill to open up the holes if needed (or use a hot TIG elektrode)

Ready to grind
