Description

My two AMS consistently retain 10% moisture, thanks to all the silica gel I’ve put inside.

It is also inside the 50 mm barrels designed for the filament spools by Jorge Rui and other guys -> https://makerworld.com/en/u/3059492201.

Having already printed enough of them for all my rolls, when I started using spools with a diameter of 72/75 mm (given the ratio between price and quality I use, among other, PETG by Sunlu and TPU by Greetech) I had 2 possibilities: either print others barrels of that size (for example those that have been loaded by Tecknikfussel -> https://makerworld.com/en/u/824974429), or create an adapter from 50 to 72 mm.

I chose the second option and the design inFusion 360 was quite complicated, I absolutely wanted to keep the maximum passage of air towards the desiccant and the result is what you’ll see.

Actually I didn't think I could get a nice print from this object because of the many horizontal parts, without some support and in PETG (since I have started using the X1C I've been a PETG-LOVER).

BUT THESE ARE REALLY CRAZY 3D PRINTERS !!!

I printed another one right away because I thought it was only a lucky result....

The settings are for Generic PETG and I used, for safety, 10 mm of Brim.

The PETG is ESUN Solid Green.

If you print it you will also spend some time wondering how it is possible!

Good 3d printing to everyone!!
