From the new Bethesda game ‘Starfield’ Credsticks are the universal currency in game.
Only requires a tiny amount of glue to stick the fascia onto the case, or if you choose, you can glue to covers together to create a single credstick without the need of the case.
The rear snaps together without the need of screws or a filament hinge.
I worked hard to create a prop that I hope fans of the game enjoy and can print within half a day.
Recommended print settings…
-I recommend following the .3mf file and keeping whats set there, however the cover plate would be much better printed using a 0.2mm nozzle, however if using a 0.4mm nozzle - i highly recommend dropping the outer and inner wall line width to between 25-30mm.
-If using silk, specifically the gold, as you may know from experience its best to print silk slowly and hot to achieve a high metallic effect. Another thing to add would be that it's better not to add any ironing. Although iron creates a smooth top, it will remove any gloss effect from the silk. I hear about annealing an ironed surface using heat to try restore the gloss, but I haven't been successful with this, perhaps other might.
Unfortunately, these credsticks hold no actual value other then being awesome, enjoy.
