For assembly you'll need :-

1x M5x50mm bolt

2x 16x5x5 deep groove bearings (the ones from your old printer's v-roller wheels)

and a piece of 1.6mm dia. stainless steel welding wire wrapped once around a 4mm screw driver. I used a side cutter to roughen up the ends before pushing them in with CA glue.
