Description

This is a fully 3D printable adjustable garden hose connector. Just add a standard garden hose gasket between the two threaded angle pieces and use the threaded lock nut to squeeze the two sides together to create a water-tight seal. The design is intended for many not just right angles to be used since the non-ribbed side can be rotated to any desired orientation.

Printing tips

  • Print using thin layer lines for optimal thread quality (I prefer using ~0.12 mm layer height)
  • Use a water-resistant material like Polypropylene for optimal water-tight results (I prefer using Xtellar PP-CF or PP)
  • Print with multiple perimeter wall layers (>4) if you are not using 100% infill. More wall layers will equal more pressure resistance and water tightness. Use 100% infill for optimal performance
  • High print speed can impact layer adhesion so slow down printing if you notice the durability is less than you desire. (Hot and slow will give you the strongest layers)
